I brought my 2014 Scion xB to Alvin’s Auto Center in Milpitas, where I initially worked with Mike. After weeks of delays and no clear progress, they towed my car to their San Jose location, where Tony took over. It’s now been over four months, and despite paying $5,000 plus approving an additional $1,500 for engine mount replacement, my car is still not fixed. Communication throughout this entire process has been abysmal. Both Mike and Tony have provided vague, inconsistent updates, with no real explanations or timelines. Did 60K miles service here for my Honda Civic 2020. Aircon sounded abit “high rpm sounds?”and had low tire pressure lights blinking right after the service. Auto center was okay to take a look at it

My first experience was very good. Industry standard pricing and good intake, available on time and good work. I will update after Mike (there is no Alvin) hunts down some error codes on my '05 chevy truck which might be harder. ( wish I hadbought a Tundra!)

Not happy from the service. After the oil change one valve stem cap was missing. I noticed it once I arrived at home. I called them and they told me it was missing before they do the oil change. If it was missing before the oil change and tire rotation then why i wasn’t informed. I know it costs less than a dollar, but this will make us worry about other nuts and bolts to check if they are loose or so…
