Great Mall Tire Outlet

Came in because my car's TPMS light was on. Frank did a quick inspection which showed that one of my tires' sensors was dead. He took care of it quickly and promptly!

Frank is great. I had a screw on the tread. I went to Big o in Livermore They didn't want to patch it. I went to Frank who has been so fantastic over the years and he looked at it as totally patchable. He knows I'm frugal. He always finds me the milestar snow in my tires which have been fantastic. But a fantastic place. fantastic waiting area. easy walk to the Great Mall if you need to kill time during the service.

My daughter seems to be a magnet for tire problems. Last week, during an oil change, the dealership told her that one of her tires has a bubble. Two days ago she gets a flat (different tire) while parked on our driveway. She tells me about it and of course I say, “we gotta see Frank!” Today, she finally has time to take the car in. I tell her, “I’ll call Frank.” She says, “No, I can call him.” She calls Frank, he tells her to bring the car in and in an hour she has my daughter back on the road. My daughter doesn’t like calling auto shops because of the way they make her feel. For my daughter to feel that comfortable to call Frank on her own speaks volumes. Frank, thank you for making this…

I went to the store and had a great experience. The owner, Frank, was very honest and professional. He sprayed a liquid on the tire, which I believe detects air leaks to check for any bubbling. Luckily, the nail hadn’t punctured through, it was small and hadn’t caused any damage. Frank carefully removed it and sprayed the tire again to confirm there was no air escaping. I really appreciate his honesty and thoroughness. It’s hard to find trustworthy people like Frank these days. I definitely recommend this shop!

I had a fantastic experience with Frank at Great mall tire outlet. When I first needed a new tire, he gave me the best quote compared to other shops, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. Nearly a year later, I ran into trouble with a screw in my tire, and Frank fixed it for free because it was a tire he had originally offered me. That kind of service is rare these days! He’s honest, fair, and truly stands by his work. Highly recommend Frank if you need anything tire-related—great prices and even better service!
