I went to Quality Tune Up a block away and they just tried to charge me $450 for a battery replacement. I literally grabbed my keys and went down the street to Joe's. I saved $300. From now on I will come here first.

I may have been profiled at this place, if you seem “well off” or have a semi-decent car don’t come here. They charged us $416 and did not fix anything. Only $80 of that was previously communicated as inspection charge which would have been adjusted if we had chosen to do the repairs with them. However, when we declined because their repair prices were insane, they ended up charging us $416 by adding a few more inspections. They charged $150 for replacing a bulb but the light still didn't turn on…

This is my go to auto shop. My company uses Joe's, so eventually I began going to Joe's when my personal vehicle needs servicing. Always reliable ... highly recommended!
